Shipping Policy
Processing Time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping may vary. In most cases, apparel and merchandise are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Address Accuracy:
At Hero Forge Apparel, we carefully prepare every order with intention, and we want it to arrive smoothly at your door. To help ensure timely delivery, we kindly ask that customers provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout and review it carefully before finalizing their order.
While we will always do our best to assist when possible, we are unable to assume responsibility for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional shipping fee to reship the package to the correct address. The customer will be notified of the additional fee and must provide the correct shipping address and complete the payment before the package is reshipped.

Shipping Times
We are a US based company and currently ship throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories, as well as, FPO and APO locations.
Estimated shipping times vary based on the shipping carrier, delivery location, and service selected:
- USPS Standard Shipping: Typically 5–8 business days after processing
- DHL/OnTrac/UPS/FEDEX: Typically 5-8 business days after processing.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: May take an additional 7–12 business days
While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, actual delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on the shipping carrier. All orders are shipped with tracking.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress.
Shipping Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by shipping carriers, including reroutes or failed deliveries.
