Cancellations, Returns, & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Because each item is made to order just for you, any cancellations or modifications must be made within 4 hours of order.  Production begins shortly after your order is received to ensure timely delivery. Thank you for understanding and supporting our made-to-order process.


Returns and Exchanges

Apparel & Merchandise: All purchases are made to order so there are no returns or exchanges.  Please ensure you are using the size charts to verify you are choosing the correct size and double check the color prior to ordering.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. 

If you are unable to provide photos of the damaged product, AND the shipping packaging, your request may not be approved.


If a package is rejected at the point of delivery by the recipient and returned to us, or if an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct all shipping charges from a refund of the order.
